Two years after completing the project in Via Laura Bassi Veratti 36, on Tuesday 16 July 2024 Aedes officially opened its third real estate initiative in the city of Bologna: Marzabotto 2.

This modern residential complex consists of two buildings with 33 flats, basement garages, cellars and technical rooms, public outdoor parking, a small educational area for children and shops for local residents.

Among the many people present were buyers, professionals, suppliers and subcontractors, co-workers and friends who were able to get a close look at the two constructions built using innovative technical solutions and materials.

After heartfelt thanks from the president of Aedes to all those present and all those who made the initiative possible, the blessing of the parish priest Don Giampiero, the ribbon-cutting ceremony and a cocktail reception followed.

During the very enjoyable evening, Aedes also officially opened its new offices in Bologna, located on the ground floor of the complex, reflecting its desire to remain and continue to work in this beautiful city.
