Energy efficiency work has begun at the Fondazione Casa di Riposo ONLUS in Abbiategrasso.
The building, which dates back to 1962, houses a nursing home with around 90 beds, including an Alzheimer's unit.
The Superbonus 110% project includes the replacement of heating systems with heat pumps for heating and cooling, the replacement of windows and doors, the incorporation of existing photovoltaic panels and the installation of an insulating layer.
The refurbishment will therefore enable RSA to significantly improve its energy standards, moving from an E-rated building to a B-rated one.
The project was presented on Saturday 5th October 2024 in the presence of the President of the Franco Portalupi Foundation, the General Director Matteo Mantovani, the Mayor Dr. Cesare Nai and, for Aedes, the Technical Director Eng. Andrea Facchini.
