The 11 apartments, all with Class A Energy, have been built using the most up-to-date construction techniques and are equipped with the latest amenity systems (centralized system with heat pump and individual consumption metering, solar panels to produce electricity). They have been handed over to their buyers, who can now move in, enjoying tax concessions on their garages and recent approval for the recovery of VAT on buildings with high energy performance.

The second phase is being planned, with work scheduled to begin in spring 2017.
