Description


Complete renovation of a building dating back to 1800, with the construction of nineteen apartments, preservation of the historical architectural mountain style and the restoration of particular features and original materials. Original stone walls restored and reinforced with resin injections, integrated with new concrete structures. Restoration of the original wooden floors and part of the old supporting roof structure. Roof cladding maintained in stone, with restoration of the existing slabs.  New windows in natural larch wood.
