Complete renovation of the fifth floor of the Grand Hotel Majestic, with the construction of twenty-two suites with mezzanine. Historical building dating back to 1870, in a splendid location overlooking the shores of Lake Maggiore. New perimeter gables made with a steel frame structure and fibre-reinforced concrete slabs. External car park opposite the restored building with a river pebble finish.
