Description

Construction of two modern residential towers of 8 and 10 floors, with a commercial and service area on the ground floor, and basement with garages and cellars.

The total volume of the intervention is about 12,000 cubic meters.

The project involves the construction of 36 apartments, 33 cellars and 40 garages and parking spaces.

Characteristics of the construction:

• Slab foundations. Reinforced concrete structure. Flat roof of the buildings with hanging green.
• Heating system with radiant floor panels; technological central unit with heat pump and photovoltaic panels.
• Wall facades with external thermal system characterized by the presence of terraces with fixed green roof spaces.
• External windows on the ground floor in aluminum and on the upper floors in PVC with thermal break.
• Green condominium area and private underground parking with provision for electric car charging.
• Reuse of waste water.
• Seismic certification. Acoustic certification. Class A3 energy certification.
