Restoration and conservation of a traditional Aosta Valley style hotelbuilding spread over five floors. Construction of nine apartments and parking spaces, shared areas such as reading room/TV, ski room and small spa. Elevated stone structures and integrations in reinforced concrete. Stairs covered in antique-effect green Courtil stone and external and internal windows in organic larch.
