Description


Restoration and conservation of a historic building dating back to 1400, consisting of a basement and four floors above ground. The renovation, with a view to conservation and restoration, has brought the building back to its original late medieval style: all the façades have been restored with earth-based glazes on marble plaster, friezes and decorations. Inside, the existing coffered ceilings and wooden panelled floors were removed, restored and repositioned. Construction of a large modern steel staircase structure with lift and new steel and wooden floors. The roof was rebuilt by restoring and integrating the original stone roof. Replacement of all installations.
